Shipping Area

Gymclans currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses,
or U.S. territories.

1. Order Processing

Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders are prepared within
1–2 business days.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days may be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays
  are processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may require
  an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Transit Time

After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes
2–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions,
carrier operations, or national holidays.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipment,
please contact us so we can assist.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx

The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and service availability.

4. Shipping Cost

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic U.S. orders.
The shipping cost is displayed clearly at checkout.

From time to time, Gymclans may offer promotional free shipping,
which will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
containing a tracking number.

• Track your package in real time.
• View estimated delivery dates.
• Receive updates during transit.

If tracking information does not update within 72 hours,
please contact our support team.

6. Shipping Issues & Support

Please reach out to us if you experience any of the following:

• Tracking has not updated for several business days.
• Your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located.
