All approved refunds are issued to the
original payment method used at checkout.
After processing, please allow an additional
3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account,
depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note the following conditions:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable,
  even if all items in the order are returned.
• If the return is not due to an error or defect on our part,
  return shipping costs may be deducted
